Kristi Marasa
Office Manager
As co-founder and office manager of AltaVia Dental, Kristi helps shape the culture, patient experience and day-to-day operations of the practice.
Before moving into dental practice management, Kristi spent 15 years in education, an experience that continues to influence the way she approaches communication, leadership and team development. Over the past five years, she has worked in dental practice management and furthered her education through UBC Sauder’s Practice Management program.
Kristi is especially passionate about creating a dental experience that feels welcoming, comfortable and thoughtfully organized for both patients and team members.
Together, Greg and Kristi created AltaVia with a shared vision of building a family-owned practice rooted in integrity, hospitality, excellence and genuine care for others.
Kristi is also a co-founder of the Olive Root Foundation, supporting oral-health and community initiatives for children and families in Uganda.
Outside of the practice, she enjoys spending time with Greg and their four children, travelling, playing tennis and learning Italian.
For Kristi, AltaVia is about creating a place where patients and team members feel known, valued and cared for.
